Easy Returns
- You can return items within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Please keep your order confirmation or receipt handy.
How to Return

- Share your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) and guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are covered if the item is defective or incorrect. Otherwise, customers bear the shipping fee. Send return to:

Refunds
- Once we receive and check your item, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- If the product was defective or wrongly delivered, you’ll get a full refund or free replacement.
Exchanges
- Exchanges depend on stock availability.
- If the item you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
EXCEPTIONS –The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- If bottle seal has been broken, tampered with or altered. For defective or damaged products, please contact us at WhatsApp/ Tel +60 11 1616 3292 or +65 8065 4421 to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note: Bottle seal must not be broken or contents tampered with or altered. In the event of doubt, company reserves the right to test product by an independent lab.
Defective or Wrong Items
- If you spot an issue, let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send us photos or details, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Your Rights
This policy follows Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) and Lemon Law. You’re always entitled to remedies if goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
