1. Investor & Board Track

  • Objective: Provide strategic clarity on tequila regulations, compliance, and market expansion.
  • Modules:
    • CRT regulations and NOM compliance
    • Export logistics and cross-border distribution
    • Market benchmarking (APAC vs. North America)
    • Financial modeling and FX exposure
    • Governance and brand exclusivity strategies
  • Format: 2-hour seminar with Q&A, supported by compliance maps and benchmarking tables.

2. Hospitality Track

  • Objective: Equip hospitality partners with service rituals and upselling strategies.
  • Modules:
    • Tequila categories and tasting rituals
    • Cocktail integration and menu design
    • Guest engagement and storytelling
    • Upselling premium expressions (Reposado, Añejo, Extra Añejo)
    • Service standards and cultural authenticity
  • Format: 90-minute workshop with guided tastings and cocktail demonstrations.

3. Consumer Track

  • Objective: Deliver immersive, fun, and educational experiences for general audiences.
  • Modules:
    • History of agave and tequila heritage
    • Tasting basics: Blanco, Reposado, Añejo
    • Comparative tasting: tequila vs. mezcal, raicilla, bacanora
    • Food pairings and cocktail basics
    • Heritage storytelling (Manila Galleon, Mexican rituals)
  • Format: 60-minute interactive session with tastings and cultural storytelling.
